Inventories and other finding aids
Many inventories and other finding aids are not yet integrated into the online search engines of the Federal Archives. They are either presented on the website as downloads and links or may be consulted exclusively at the reading rooms. Moreover, published finding aids are kept by many scientific libraries. The type of finding aid is indicated in the description of the respective record group.
